Experience and Qualities

• Proven experience in a similar role 

• Ability to work flexible, sometimes long hours

• Absolute accountability and ownership

• A strong focus on food and service standards, implementing policies and procedures

• A positive attitude with strong communication skills

• Fastidious attention to detail, whilst maintaining a practical and efficient approach to tasks

Day-to-Day responsibilities

• Working as a team to prepare for al la carte service

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work place, including fridges and dry stores

• Working across sections

• Trouble shooting problems that arise using initiative and experience and excellent communication

• Working alongside the Head Chef to develop new menu ideas and specials that enhance the customer dining experience.
