Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with expertise in the Contact Centre/Customer Service domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing, API testing, and validating customer service applications.
Required Skills
6+ years of Automation Testing experience.Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, or similar automation tools.Experience in API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC/STLC.Experience in the Contact Centre/Customer Service domain (IVR, CRM, Call Routing, Agent Desktop, or Omnichannel platforms).Good understanding of defect tracking tools such as Jira.Strong analytical and communication skills.
