About the role
As a Nuclear Medicine Registrar, you will join a highly skilled multidisciplinary clinical and academic team delivering high-quality Nuclear Medicine services across the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Flinders Medical Centre, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital/ Lyell McEwin Hospital. Working under the supervision of experienced Nuclear Medicine Consultants, you will perform and report Nuclear Medicine studies while contributing to safe, accurate and patient-centred diagnostic care.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical expertise while contributing to teaching, research, quality improvement and professional leadership. You will support the effective operation of Nuclear Medicine services, teach medical students and trainees, participate in clinical audits and quality assurance activities, and represent SA Medical Imaging at multidisciplinary and clinico-radiology meetings. Through collaboration with clinicians, technologists and other health professionals, you will help foster a respectful and cooperative team environment focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.
