The Justice Alliance Metro (JAM) program works alongside young people involved with the youth justice system to support positive life outcomes, reduce reoffending and strengthen connections to family, community and support services.
About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and motivated Youth Mentor to join our Justice Alliance Metro (JAM) team based in Armadale.
This unique role is co-located within the Youth Justice Service and works closely with Youth Justice Officers to support young people with complex needs. Through mentoring, advocacy, case coordination and practical support, you will assist young people to achieve goals identified within their Youth Justice case plans and build the skills, confidence and connections needed for positive long-term outcomes.
