Recruitment Advisor

About the Role
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across various disciplines and business units, with a strong focus on electrical, mechanical and shutdown project roles. You’ll be instrumental in delivering recruitment solutions that align with workforce demands across our national operations, while working closely with both the WA and SA recruitment teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of blue-and white-collar roles

• Develop and maintain talent pools for high-demand trades in mining and electrical

• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Issue offers and contracts, manage onboarding and compliance coordination

• Partner closely with hiring managers, mobilisations, and internal HR teams

• Deliver a seamless and professional experience to candidates across all stages

• Ensure compliance with internal processes, WHS, and employment legislation

 About You

• Proven high-volume recruitment experience (blue-collar/trades focus)

• Background recruiting for mining, electrical, or industrial services sectors

• Skilled in using SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proactive sourcing

• Strong communicator who builds trust with internal stakeholders

• Organised, proactive, and solutions-driven

• Experience with visa coordination or workforce mobility (advantageous)
