Office (IRO) is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior WHS Advisor to lead and coordinate the delivery of several critical workplace health and
safety initiatives during a significant period of organisational focus on
employee wellbeing, safety and risk management. Working closely with
leaders, employees, Health and Safety Representatives and key stakeholders, you
will play a pivotal role in implementing IRO's workplace health and safety
priorities. You will drive the delivery of the organisation's psychosocial
action plan, coordinate workplace safety assessments, support injury prevention
and management activities, and lead recover at work assessments. This is a hands-on role
requiring strong stakeholder engagement, sound WHS expertise and the ability to
work collaboratively with employees and leaders to create a safe, healthy and
supportive workplace. About us The Independent Review Office (IRO) is an independent
statutory body in NSW that helps injured workers and motor vehicle accident
claimants resolve disputes with insurers and provides legal funding to support
claimants through the claims process. As part of the Department of Customer Service, the
