Who are we?

ARG Property Management is the boutique property management division of ARG (Australian Residential Group), one of Australia’s largest new project sales businesses. We provide an “end to end” sales journey for our partners with sales advisory, product support, contracts & handover support right through to property management services. Backed by a national portfolio approaching 2,000 properties and strong project sales across Canberra in recent years, we are now establishing ARG Property Management in the ACT.

Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking an energetic Senior Property Manager to join the team and help us establish and grow our new ACT portfolio.

The Role

The successful candidate will oversee our growing Canberra portfolio. You will be supported by a dedicated admin team and the operational systems of our Brisbane headquarters, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional service.

This role is centred around building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders — including owners, tenants, and trades — to ensure a positive experience for all parties. With the latest industry-leading technology and a highly supportive national team behind you, you’ll have the tools and resources needed to manage your portfolio effectively. Importantly, no business development work is required, as a dedicated National Head of Growth drives new business and onboarding across the national network.

About You

We are looking for a self-starting, ambitious team player with a genuine love for Property Management and more importantly…people.  The following would also help:

• A current Real Estate Licence (or eligibility for ACT agent registration)

• A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Manager is preferred.

• Experience in townhouse complex management or body corporate caretaking is a strong plus for this role

• A solid working knowledge across all current real estate programs including PropertyMe, IRE, HubSpot CRM etc.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure first-class customer service.
