Junior Customer Service - Guildford NSW (Technology)

$55,000–$70,000 base + super + up to $8,000 performance bonus

RhinoCo Technology is an Australian distributor of security, CCTV and networking products. We supply trade customers (installers, integrators and resellers) and we’re looking for a junior Customer Service team member to join our Guildford office.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s keen to build commercial skills, learn technical products, and grow into sales or technical specialist pathways over time. No industry experience required — we’ll train you.

• Answer customer calls and emails (trade customers)

• Help trade counter customers select products and make trade counter sales

• Create quotes and follow up to help convert to orders

• Process orders, ETAs and dispatch queries

• Assist BDMs by handling day-to-day customer interactions

• Help with basic technical support questions using checklists/knowledge base

• Assist with returns/RMAs and warranty coordination

• Keep customer notes and records clean in our systems

• Confident speaking on the phone and writing clear emails

• Organised and reliable (you follow things through)

• Comfortable learning new products and systems

• Calm under pressure and not afraid to ask questions

• Interested in tech/hardware (security, cameras, networking, electronics)

• A real career start in a fast-moving tech/hardware business

• Training on products, quoting, customer communication and systems

  • Inside Sales leadership

  • BDM support / sales roles

  • Technical product specialist roles

• Supportive team environment with clear expectations

• Base: $55,000–$70,000 + super (depending on experience)

• Performance bonus: up to $8,000 p.a., paid quarterly
  (based on service quality, accuracy and quote-to-order conversion)
