• Triage and clinical assessments

• Wound care management

• Immunisations and vaccinations

• Chronic disease management and health assessments

• ECGs, spirometry, and pathology collection

• Assisting GPs with procedures

• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

• Supporting accreditation and infection control procedures

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Previous experience in General Practice or Primary Health Care (desirable)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Competent with clinical software (e.g., Best Practice or similar)

• A genuine passion for patient-centred care
