The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day financial records, including processing invoices, recording payments, and maintaining ledgers. Responsibilities include preparing and reconciling bank and credit card statements, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, and posting accurate journal entries. The role also involves working with accounting software, monitoring cash flow, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and liaising with internal stakeholders and external accountants as needed.QualificationsExperience in Bookkeeping and Finance is required.Proficiency in Xero would be preferred, training will be provided if required.Attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and solid understanding of basic accounting principles.Experience in a similar bookkeeping role is preferred but not required.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site within a small team environment.
