We’re looking for an experienced Cleaner / Housekeeper to join our team at a privately owned holiday park and land lease community on the beautiful Tweed Coast.

Our park caters to a wide range of guests, with accommodation including self-contained cabins, caravan sites and ensuite sites, as well as a vibrant land lease community.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Casual Cleaner / Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring our accommodation is presented to a high standard for our guests.

Your duties will include:

• Cleaning and servicing holiday accommodation

• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene

• Following established cleaning procedures and operational policies

• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues and hazards

• Managing your time effectively and completing allocated tasks within required timeframes

• Working both independently and as part of a friendly team

• Providing professional and friendly assistance to guests when required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience, preferably within hospitality, accommodation, or a holiday park

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work

• A positive, customer-focused attitude

• Friendly and professional communication skills

• Good organisational and time-management skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• An understanding of workplace health and safety practices

• Reliability and a strong work ethic

• Flexibility to work weekends occasionally.
