Sales and Marketing Manager

Bakhache Group is a distinguished enterprise managing a portfolio of luxury retail and service businesses across Australia and Malaysia.

Due to the expansion of our business, Bakhache Luxuries Pty Ltd is currently seeking to hire a full-time Sales and Marketing Manager.

Roles and responsibilities include:

· Leads and plans the sales and marketing function across Bakhache Group's Australian luxury retail portfolio, plus any further brands introduced as the Group expands, ensuring consistent branding, pricing and promotional activity across all entities.

· Oversee and direct the development and execution of sales strategies and commercial initiatives, setting revenue targets, performance objectives and forecasts, and monitoring results to maximise sales growth, market share and profitability.

· Manage and oversee the design and delivery of marketing campaigns spanning digital marketing, luxury brand promotions, exclusive client events and advertising, extending the reach of the Group's products and services and attracting high-value clientele.

· Leads brand positioning strategies that reinforce the identity and client loyalty of each brand within the Group, ensuring local execution remains consistent with the standards of the respective international brand principals.

· Directs strategies to build and safeguard the Group's standing with clients, brand principals, investors, media and the wider public through public relations programs, bespoke events and strategic partnerships with luxury brands, suppliers and corporate clients.

· Oversees client relationship management, including VIP programs, personalised service and after-sales strategies designed to drive repeat patronage and long-term retention.

· Builds and maintains strong commercial relationships with commercial partners and major customers to drive long-term business growth

· Analyses and monitors market trends, competitor activity and consumer purchasing behaviour to identify new business opportunities.

· Prepares and controls the sales and marketing budget, evaluating campaign performance and allocating resources to maximise return on investment.

· Develops and presents performance reports, business forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making and support organisational objectives.

· Leads and coordinates the sales and marketing team and contributes to executive-level planning on long-term growth, supporting expansion into new markets, locations, product categories and client segments.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related discipline

Experience:

· At least 1 year of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a related field.

Pay: $79,500.00 per year
