Guide our clients through positive ageing with increased strength, mobility and confidence to live their most independent, joyful lives across aged care, home care and disability settings.

Duties

Assess, plan and deliver evidence-based, goal orientated, and outcome-driven therapy

Build strong client relationships

Deliver interventions through 1:1 and group programs

Document clearly and efficiently

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team

General AHPRA registrationNational Police CheckWWVP Check including NDIS actiivitiesCOVID-19 & Flu vaccinationFull working rights
