Do work that matters

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll own and grow a valuable portfolio of High Net Worth clients, building trusted relationships and delivering tailored solutions across their broader banking needs.

You’ll use your lending expertise and commercial judgement to navigate complex financial scenarios, identify growth opportunities and connect clients with specialists across CommBank. You’ll also help grow Premier Banking in Melbourne, developing new client relationships and building strong internal and external referral networks.

You are someone who:

• Builds trusted relationships with High Net Worth clients and understands their broader financial needs.

• Brings strong lending expertise, commercial judgement and confidence navigating complex financial scenarios.

• Drives portfolio growth through new client acquisition, relationship deepening and quality referrals.

• Builds strong networks and works effectively with specialists to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

• Takes ownership of client outcomes while maintaining strong risk and credit disciplines.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• Significant relationship banking and complex lending experience.

• A strong track record managing and growing valuable client portfolios.

• Strong business development and relationship management capability.

• Sound commercial acumen, credit judgement and risk awareness.

• The credibility and confidence to work with sophisticated High Net Worth clients.

• Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar and FSRA Tier 2 accreditation are preferred.
