Job Description:Are you a driven real estate professional ready to take the next step in your career? Gorman Commercial is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Junior Leasing Executive to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and play a key role in shaping leasing strategies and tenant relationships.
Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial propertiesDevelop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returnsSource and secure new tenants through targeted marketing and networkingNegotiate lease agreements and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial termsConduct property inspections and identify opportunities for value enhancementMaintain strong tenant relationships and resolve issues promptlyCollaborate with property management and marketing teams to promote vacanciesStay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
Requirements:Experience in commercial or residential leasingA desire to succeed, learn and grow within a team of professionalsStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding commercial real estate market dynamicsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesHold an Agent’s Representative Certificate
