Casual Marketing & Warehouse Junior

A great role that would suit a Uni Student (or similar looking for regular work around other life commitments), with an interest in E-Commerce & Digital Marketing or Entrepreneurship, who is also happy to start every shift packing gorgeous customer orders of Toys & Play Mats, before joining the marketing team in the office on a variety of projects!

This is not a traditional warehouse role or an entry level marketing role — it’s a mix of both!

Who is Munchkin & Bear?

Munchkin & Bear is a proudly Australian, baby and family brand creating stylish, premium play mats & toys loved by hundreds of thousands of families every day and we have been operating for over 10 years.

We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Casual All-Rounder to join our small, friendly and supportive team in Darra. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, is active, keen to learn, and wants hands-on experience across both eCommerce operations and digital marketing.

Hours & Availability

We are looking for support 1-2 days per week, with flexibility.

Additional hours are available (particularly on School Holidays when our team often takes leave).

YOUR ROLE:

Warehouse & Order Fulfilment

• Printing picking slips and packing play mat and toy orders at the start of each shift

• Preparing customer orders carefully and accurately

• Re-stocking shelves

• Maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse

• Some lifting and physical activity is required, so a reasonable level of fitness is important
  

Marketing Support

Working alongside our marketing team, for some extra support.

Your tasks may depend on your interests and skills! (eg do you love social media and video editing, or prefer data and analysis, or are you great at copywriting or customer service? Are you an AI wizz and love to delve into Claude?)

Tasks you could support us with include:

• Assisting with photoshoots

• Updating website images and copy

• Creating social media content (eg Instagram & TikTok - if you're keen!)

• Assisting with email marketing campaigns (via Klayvio)

• Helping create and manage paid ads (eg Meta ads)

• Supporting us with new promotions and product launches

• Assisting in capturing and re-sharing user generated content (UGC).

• Community building – engage with and grow our on online community.

• Manage influencers and brand partners.

• Customer service (emails and DMs)

• Promotional Planning
  

Skills & Experience

No previous experience is required — we can teach you our systems and processes. But a demonstrated interest or study in areas such as Business, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Web-design, E-Commerce or similar would be well regarded.

But what matters most to us:
