Junior Estimator

Kick-start your career with Undercover Landscapes, one of Sydney's leading commercial landscaping contractors based in Kenthurst. Our team delivers award-winning landscape, civil, environmental and maintenance projects across Greater Sydney. We're looking for a motivated Junior Estimator who is currently studying Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline and wants to build a long-term career in commercial construction.About the RoleYou'll work alongside experienced estimators learning how to measure quantities, prepare tenders, communicate with suppliers, review drawings, undertake site inspections and contribute to successful tender submissions. Full training in our estimating systems will be provided.What We're Looking For• Currently undertaking studies toward a degree of diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Construction Management or a related discipline.• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.• Good communication and computer skills.• Ability to read plans (or eagerness to learn).• Positive attitude and team-first approach.• Alignment with Undercover Landscapes' values of integrity, quality and professionalism.• Must have a current NSW driver licenseWhat We Offer• Structured mentoring and career development.• Hands-on experience with major commercial landscaping projects.• Training in estimating software and tendering processes.• Supportive team environment based in Kenthurst.• Competitive salary and genuine career progression.• Flexible Casual arrangement to manage work and study commitments
