The Senior Product Consult role will work closely with our Sales Team to validate that the correct product version (e.g. Standard or Essentials) is being sold to the customer. This team supports the Sales Team behind the scenes and occasionally provide demos to prospects/ customers.
This is a hands-on role that knows the product functionality and limitations in detail. You will be reviewing the CreditorWatch requirements form that customers fill out and provide responses based on the queries coming through.
You will work closely with our Product and Operations team on any future or bespoke customer requirements. This role keeps aware of new and planned features of products and aims to be seen by Sales Team as knowledgeable, firm & fair.
This is full-time opportunity reporting to the Head of Product Delivery and offers hybrid working conditions out of our Melbourne CBD Office.
