Working at CQUniversity
We're seeking an enthusiastic and solutions-focused Scheduling Officer to join our Education Scheduling team and contribute to delivering exceptional timetabling and student support outcomes. You’ll contribute to deadline‑driven scheduling tasks, provide clear advice on policies and procedures, and help resolve timetable‑related issues for staff and students.
You’ll play a key role in the production and publication of class, intensive apprentice and trainee block training and examination timetables across our national footprint. You will work collaboratively with relevant staff from the Students Directorate and broader University to effectively achieve quality, compliance and service delivery of CQUniversity’s education scheduling functions.
If you’re committed to accuracy, collaboration and great service, we encourage you to apply and play a key role in supporting thousands of students throughout their educational journey.
