Junior Office Assistant/Weighbridge Operator

We are a scrap metal business, looking for a Junior Office Administrator/ Weighbridge Operator in a casual capacity to assist with running the day-to-day administration duties of the business.

The successful candidates will have the following attributes:

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.

• Customer Service focused.

• Able to adapt quickly.

• Can multitask and prioritise workload.

• Can work in a fast paced environment.

• Highly organized and attention to detail.

Your duties will include:

• Operate computer based weighbridge operating system and weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles accurately.

• Assist with customer enquiries.

• Day to day administration duties, including but not limited to Filing, Bank Runs, Cash reconciliations;

• Complete ad hoc tasks as requested.
