About The Role

Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a proud history of over 70 years providing excellent healthcare, originally focused on the Veteran community. The hospital is also recognised for its world-class clinical education and research, building on its strong legacy to advance healthcare outcomes.

Provide senior clinical leadership within Nutrition and Dietetics service provision, including optimisation of patient/client care delivery as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff. This position may also be required to provide supervision and direction to Level 1/2 staff, students, allied health assistants and students on observational placements in accordance with the award.

Ideal Candidate

Post graduate qualifications or Bachelor Degree that allows eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia, with experience at Level 2 or higher.Advanced knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in provision of clinical dietetics, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.High level verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.Experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students.
