Experienced Recruitment Consultant - Labour Hire

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Labour Hire Division.

This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated and results-driven recruiter who can hit the ground running. You will play a key role in managing a major client account, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process while providing ongoing workforce support and account management.

• Screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates

• Coordinating and conducting onsite inductions

• Managing workforce rosters and attendance

• Conducting onsite check-starts and employee support visits

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Responding to client workforce requirements in a timely manner

• Ensuring consistent communication with both clients and employees

• Maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within labour hire or blue-collar recruitment

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent organisational and time management abilities

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment and account management

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
