House Attendant - Sydney

Meriton Suites is seeking a House Attendant to join one of our Sydney teams!

About the Role

As a House Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining high standards of service and product excellence. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills by working closely with and learning from experienced leaders in the field.

Your key responsibilities

• Attend to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner

• Attend to Housekeeping staff requests in a timely manner

• Time manage jobs and requests accordingly

• Delivery on linen and amenities to the floors

• Project cleaning

• Inventory and stock control

• Moving furniture as required

To be successful in this role you will

• Have experience in a similar role

• Have experience working in a in a large scale 4- or 5-star hotel environment (desirable)

• Have full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster 

• Be immaculately presented

• Focused and passionate about guest service

• Well organised, with attention to detail

• Team oriented and able to work under pressure
