About the role:

You are a physiotherapist with strong clinical skills, a client-centred approach, and a commitment to continuous learning and best practice. You value evidence-based practice, seek feedback to improve your work, and are dedicated to supporting older adults to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

This is the place for you if you:

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Experience working in the Community Aged Care sector with clients receiving services through their Home Care Package
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year old clientele
• The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently
• Have full Australian working rights and are able to pass a national police clearance
• Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
• Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)
• Graduates need not apply

Essentials for working in Aged Care:

• A current Working With Children Check card
• Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
• Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
