Bathhouse Attendant

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Casual Front of House team member to be the face of Navia. This role involves welcoming guests, managing bookings, upholding Navia cleanliness standards and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Ideal candidates will have a warm presence, strong organisational skills, and a passion for wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Greet and assist guests, providing information about our services and facilities.

• Bookings & Payments: Manage reservations, process payments, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

• Maintaining Ambience: Ensure the reception, bathhouse and lounge areas are always clean, organised, and inviting.

• Retail Support: Assist with the sale of wellness products in our retail section.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, the supervisor, and the manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a wellness-related field (preferred but not essential).

• Strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanour.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using booking/payment systems (training provided).

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
