Production Worker

Where?

Manufacturing, food processing and assembly facilities across Plympton. Many roles are temp-to-perm for the right person.

How Much?

$33.00 - $40.00 (depending on shift) per hour + super + shift penalties for afternoon and night shift.

What Will I Be Doing?

Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating and monitoring production lines and assembly equipment
• Assembling components to specification and quality standards
• Packing, labelling and palletising finished product
• Conducting quality checks and removing non-conforming product
• Keeping accurate production records
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment in line with food safety or WHS requirements

When?

Hours: Dependant on shift orientation - Start date: 30/08/2026. Day, afternoon and rotating shifts available.

You'll join a production team in a busy manufacturing or food processing facility. Supervisors run structured shifts with clear targets. The environment rewards consistent, reliable workers - and many of our production roles lead to permanent employment.
