Scaffold Area Representative– Site & Client Support
Residential Scaffold Group | Full-time | On The Road | Yard Based in Beenleigh QLD
Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Area Representative to support our teams and clients across South East Queensland. This is a dynamic, site-based role, helping ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You’ll be the go-to person on site, liaising directly with building supervisors, verifying that scaffolding installations meet compliance and safety requirements, and ensuring work is delivered in line with project expectations. Your role will also involve reviewing site conditions, identifying variations, and completing mark-ups to keep projects and documentation accurate as work progresses.
What You Will Do
Conduct pre-install site inspections and site visits
Ensure scaffolding installations meet safety and compliance requirements
Identify variations on site and complete mark-ups for accurate documentation
Maintain safe, organised sites and help ensure operations run efficiently
Represent the company professionally when dealing with builders and site teams
Who You Are
Experienced in scaffolding (basic scaffold ticket required)
White Card essential
Current driver’s licence with good driving history
Confident working independently and managing your time on site
Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards and compliance requirements
Professional communicator who works well with builders, supervisors and crews
Reliable, practical and solution-focused

Experience and Attitude
We’re looking for someone with solid scaffolding experience and a strong understanding of site safety and compliance. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and confident working independently.
You’ll be someone who enjoys being out on site, identifying and resolving issues early, and ensuring installations meet required standards. If you take pride in maintaining high-quality work, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and supporting crews to deliver safely and efficiently, this role will suit you well.
