Service Desk Administrator

The role:
We are seeking a Service Desk Administrator to provide timely, professional and customer-focused ICT support across Gateways. As the first point of contact for technology enquiries, you will assist staff with systems, devices, accounts and general ICT support while helping to ensure a positive user experience and smooth operation of ICT services.
 
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people of varying technical ability
• Experience providing ICT service desk, helpdesk, administration or customer support
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve first-level ICT issues
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, user accounts and device administration
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and record keeping
• Ability to work within established procedures and escalation pathways
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and user support

• NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
• NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
• Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
