Beauty Therapist

About the role

As a Beauty Therapist at Wax It Wellness & Rejuvenation, you'll be providing a wide range of professional treatments while building strong, long-term relationships with our guests. You'll be a key part of creating a welcoming, results-focused salon environment and helping each guest achieve their skin and wellness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver waxing and beauty treatments at a high-quality with confidence and care

• Provide professional skin consultations and personalised treatment plans

• Recommend suitable retail and treatment packages to support guest results

• Uphold and maintain exceptional hygiene, presentation and service standards

• Work collaboratively within a supportive and energetic team

• Create a warm and positive experience as the first and last impression in the salon

About you

• Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a similar role

• Strong waxing skills (essential)

• IPL knowledge (advantageous)

• Confident communication and guest service skills

• A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Passion for skin, wellness and helping guests look and feel their best
