About the role
We’re seeking experienced casual AV Technician's to take ownership of event delivery from warehouse through to show execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, test, and maintain AV equipment in the warehouse
Lead or assist in onsite installations and pack downs
Operate audio, lighting, and vision systems during events
Liaise with clients and internal team to ensure seamless delivery
Troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in live events / AV production
Strong technical knowledge across audio, vision, and lighting
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to lead small crews onsite
Current driver’s licence (truck licence a bonus)
Work on high-profile events across Melbourne
Be part of a tight, high-performing team
