YEM Technology is looking for an experienced Trade Assistant to join our team at the Sino Iron Project on a 2:1 FIFO roster, ex Perth
Who We Are YEM Technology is a Western Australian maintenance, commissioning, construction and electrical company specialising in fixed plant maintenance, shutdown maintenance, greenfield and brownfield SMPE&I construction services across the mining and mineral processing sectors.

Working Together. About the Role We're looking for a
Trade Assistant to join our mechanical maintenance team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role supporting qualified tradespeople across fixed plant, including crushers, conveyors, screens, chutes, structural, mills, magnetic separators and pumps.
What You Will Be Doing - Assisting qualified tradespeople to carry out allocated tasks
- General tooling and fitting support
- Daily housekeeping in the immediate work area
- Additional ad hoc duties as directed
What We Are Looking For Essential:
- Working at Heights (within 5 years)
- Confined Space (within 5 years)
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) High Risk Work Licence
- Valid full Australian driver's licence
- Previous mechanical or workshop experience, comfortable with hand and power tools
- Ability to multitask and work unsupervised
- Willingness to be clean-shaven for mask fit compliance
Desirable:
- First Aid / CPR
- Forklift (LF) High Risk Work Licence
- Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence
- Previous FIFO or remote mining/construction experience

- $40.49/hr day shift, $46.56/hr night shift
