About the role
Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Quality Assurance Engineer to support software quality, testing activities, and continuous product improvement. The role involves reviewing requirements, developing and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, validating fixes, and supporting functional, regression, integration, and usability testing. You will collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, investigate issues, and help ensure reliable releases. The ideal candidate has a strong quality mindset, enjoys solving problems, and can approach testing from both technical and user perspectives. You will also contribute to improving testing processes, documentation, and overall product quality.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of software development and quality assurance principles.Familiarity with software testing methodologies, test case design, defect tracking, and quality processes.Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, web applications, and software development concepts is advantageous.Familiarity with automated testing frameworks or scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to identify, document, reproduce, and clearly communicate software defects.Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.Proactive attitude, curiosity, adaptability, and a strong commitment to quality.Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies quickly.
