The Role

Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to become part of our team at Randwick NSW!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced cleaner to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.

We have multiple Full time available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays.

This position will be based on award wages.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard Spot cleaning of furnishings Sweeping and mopping Toilet cleaning. Rubbish collection Cleaning of glass, both internal and external Dusting of all hard surfaces Cleaning and detailing hard floor surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. Leading day and night cleaning teams to ensure all duties are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

About You

Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage. Demonstrated experience leading and supervising day and night cleaning teams. Experience in commercial cleaning, including toilet cleaning, waste management, floor cleaning, and detailing. Proven experience of working in a team successfully. The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously. Strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work. Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards. Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required. Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
