At Makita Australia, we're looking for an Inventory Supervisor to lead our Spares & Accessories team within our Victorian Distribution Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading a small team, maintaining accurate inventory and helping drive a safe, efficient warehouse operation.

• Lead, coach and support a team of warehouse employees.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels.
• Oversee stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Ensure warehouse processes are followed and continuously improved.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.
• Work closely with the Inventory Operations Manager and other warehouse leaders to achieve operational goals.
• Report on team performance and warehouse KPIs.

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership role.
• Strong inventory and stock control experience.
• A current Forklift Licence and Driver's Licence.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A proactive, organised approach with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
