Filler Operator x 1 & Machine Operator X 1 - Canning - Fulltime

Alepat Taylor is a highly respected and trusted partner within the beverage industry. Our operations encompass bottling and canning that span beverage manufacturing and wholesale distribution, covering a diverse portfolio of wine, spirits, RTDs, liqueurs, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

We have 1 X Fulltime Filler Operator and 1 X Machine Operator Positions within our State-Of-The-Art Canning facility where we have created a platform for future growth and long-term succession.

The role:

·         Set up and operate the can-filling machine according to production specifications.

·         Ensure cans are filled to the correct weight, volume and fill level.

·         Monitor the filler for blockages, spills, under-filling, or over-filling.

·         Check product flow and maintain consistent production rates.

·         Perform routine quality checks and record production information.

·         Keep the filler and surrounding work area clean and hygienic.

·         Follow food-safety, workplace-health-and-safety, and sanitation procedures.

·         Identify equipment faults and report or address minor issues where authorised.

·         Coordinate with other production operators to maintain a continuous production line.

 ·         Has worked as a filler operator or similar role

·         Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing a quality product.

·         Interested in learning how machinery and equipment operate.

·         Willing to be trained and develop their skills in modern canning technology.

·         Can follow procedures relating to quality, food safety and workplace safety.

·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

·         Communicates well and works positively as part of a team.

·         Proactive and confident in identifying problems and suggesting improvements.
