The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Store Person to join our Mackay team. In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for the receipt and dispatch of goods on site. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Receipt of incoming goods in an accurate and timely manner.

• Packing and dispatch of goods efficiently.

• Coordinate transport and logistical requirements.

• Update and maintain computerized inventory control system.

• Coordinate inventory audits.

• Receipt and issue of goods from store inventory to the business

About You

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a similar role, and keen to take ownership in this position.  

• High Risk Work License – Forklift ticket.

• Competent computer skills 

• Good data entry skills and attention to detail

• Previous experience using Pronto would be an advantage.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience working in mining / manufacturing industry (preferred).
