About the role

This role will deliver and optimise TWE’s B2B digital product capabilities, partnering with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that enhance partner engagement, drive sales effectiveness, and support commercial growth.

Identify and solve business problems by translating B2B commercial and operational needs into scalable digital product and platform solutions. Drive product delivery and enhancement initiatives, leading implementation, testing, release management, adoption planning, and continuous improvement across B2B and CRM platforms. Develop business cases and assess value, evaluating ROI, customer impact, operational benefits, and success measures for new capabilities and platform investments. Provide platform and technical leadership, overseeing system configuration, optimisation, integrations, reporting, workflows, and ongoing platform performance. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to improve user experience, increase adoption, strengthen platform capability, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

About you

We are seeking a commercially minded Product Specialist with experience in B2B digital platforms, CRM systems, and sales technology. You will have a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable value. Strong stakeholder management skills, combined with hands-on platform administration and optimisation experience, are essential. Experience with various technology platforms, sales operations, and the ability to drive initiatives from concept through to delivery will be highly regarded.

Experience in B2B digital platforms, CRM systems, and product or platform management roles. Proven ability to analyse business and customer needs and deliver practical, scalable solutions that improve commercial and operational outcomes. Experience developing business cases, assessing ROI, and defining success measures for platform enhancements and new capabilities. Hands-on experience in CRM administration, platform configuration, optimisation, and system enhancements. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and project delivery skills, with the ability to work across regional and global teams.
