New Car Sales Consultant

We're expanding and are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our Brisbane City dealership.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Work closely with our finance and aftermarket teams to maximise customer value.

• Become a product expert across the exciting GWM range.

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential.

• A passion for customer service and building relationships.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.

• Professional presentation.

• Current Australian driver's licence.

• Ability to work Saturdays as part of the roster.

• Excellent earning potential with an attractive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (depending on experience).

• Ongoing manufacturer training and career development.
