As an Assistant Venue Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations - working alongside the Venue Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the venue.

You'll have the opportunity to manage private functions and events, lead our Front of House team and contribute to the outstanding service we provide to our valued guests.

With a focus on staff training and motivation, you'll inspire the team to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside other exceptional Managers, allowing you to propel your career forward within the hospitality industry

• Providing all customers with memorable, personal and unique drinking and dining experiences

• Ensuring the product is consistently of a high standard

What You’ll Bring:

• Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fast-paced bar environment. 

• Excellent knowledge of whisky and cocktails 

• A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. 

• An engaging personality and warmth that both staff and customers will gravitate towards. 

• A team player with a passion for what you do.

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
