Contract Administrator

The Lorian Group is looking for an Intermediate Contract Administrator to join a well established fitout and refurb construction company based on the 

Due to continued project wins and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of fitout and refurbishment projects valued up to $15M across the Government, Education, Retail, Hospitality and Health sectors.
Projects are generally delivered within 12–14 week programmes, offering a fast-paced and varied workload.

With projects located from Burleigh through to Brisbane CBD, no two days will be the same.

The Role

• Contract administration across commercial fitout and refurbishment projects up to $15M.
• Work closely with one Project Manager from project award through to completion.
• Prepare and administer subcontract packages.
• Manage procurement, contract negotiations and subcontractor agreements.
• Process progress claims, variations and cost reporting.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Utilise Procore for project management and contract administration.

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial fitout and refurbishment construction.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Proficient with Procore (or similar construction management software).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work within a high-performing team.
