About the role
Burdekin Shire Council is seeking applications for the position of Leading Hand – Maintenance & Main Roads to join our Works team.
About the role
The successful applicant will help plan, coordinate and supervise crews, plant, contractors and site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role requires civil construction or road maintenance experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to apply relevant safety, traffic management and legislative requirements on site.
