About The Role

As a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering people and culture initiatives across Knauf. Working closely with operational leaders and key stakeholders, you will support business performance, organisational change and employee engagement through practical, people-focused HR solutions.

This role will see you partner with the business on a broad range of workforce matters, including employee and industrial relations, performance management, change initiatives and culture improvement. You will help ensure our people practices align with business goals and contribute to a safe, productive and inclusive working environment.

Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include

Partner with operational and leadership teams to support business performance, workforce planning and culture initiativesProvide trusted advice and guidance on employee relations and industrial relations mattersSupport the development and implementation of change management initiativesWork with leaders to manage employee performance, conduct and disciplinary matters end to endContribute to business improvement projects focused on enhancing workplace culture and employee engagementEnsure compliance with Knauf’s WHS systems, policies and procedures
