Job Description
Be the face and voice of a fast-paced international construction consultancy and manage the front of house of our beautiful and creative space.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Corporate Receptionist to take charge of the front of house management of our Sydney office.
This diverse role will primarily maintain a high performing office space, act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, provide administrative assistance to the office, build relationships across the business and drive our workplace experience function.
Responsibilities:
Professionally interact with staff and clients, providing exceptional workplace experiences and ensuring that the front office is run smoothlyChampion our Job Support program and provide coaching, guidance and supervision to our Job Support employeeReceive and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff and voicemails; taking messages as requiredAssist in the organisation, coordination and managing of corporate functions and eventsProvide ad-hoc assistance to staff, including general data entry, research, and errandsAccurately type, prepare, and maintain documents and recordsManage the office and kitchen supplies and liaise with cleaning and building maintenance to ensure the highest standards are upheldBook meeting rooms, arrange catering and assisting with AV equipment setupOrganise couriers, manage the daily incoming and outgoing mailChampion WT workplace experience programs, assist in driving the coordination of various workplace activities and eventsAssist People and Culture with new starter onboardingCollate reports and other documentation including copying, binding and typing documents aligning with the WT brand
Qualifications
Full and permanent work rights in AustraliaExperience in a customer service and front of house role in a professional environmentA professional, warm, confident, and positive approachThe ability to communicate effectively to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAn excellent telephone manner and presentation skillsThe ability to handle challenges with a mature and can-do attitudeExceptional time management with a strong attention to detailCompetency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)A flexible attitude who's reliable, energetic, punctual and motivatedA continuous improvement mindset and the desire to build the WT culture and workplace experience
