About the Team
The Event Property and Capital Works Team is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering capital works projects that support the Australian Electoral Commission's national operations and election readiness requirements. Managing a diverse property portfolio, the team delivers office fit outs, warehouse upgrades, infrastructure improvements and asset replacement programs across the AEC.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants and service providers, the team ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with Commonwealth governance and procurement requirements.
