Senior Civil Engineer

The Company

BCP Group is a long established company based in Busselton and Bunbury W.A. with operating divisions covering civil contracting, plant hire, sand & gravel supply, and demolition. The business is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with at least 5 years experience in earthworks, drainage, roads and subdivisions.

Responsibilities include:

• Project management of civil works projects to ensure project objectives and agreed specifications are achieved.

• Managing project scope, the program of works, resource requirements, budgets, quality, safety standards to ensure customer expectations are meet.

• Tendering and estimating as required.

Essential Attributes

To be considered for this position we are seeking the following skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering

• A minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in civil works including earthworks, drainage, roads and subdivisions

• Main Roads experience preferred but not essential

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
