At Bradnam’s Windows and Doors, our people truly make the difference. We’re a hands-on, hardworking business where teamwork, respect and looking out for one another are part of everyday life. We’re currently looking for an experienced Loader / Offsider to join our manufacturing and delivery teams in Boondall, supporting our operations across South East Queensland.
About the Role
This is an active, fast-paced role where you’ll be a key part of getting our quality products from the factory floor to our customers safely and on time. What you’ll be doing:
Manually loading products in our factory and unloading at customer sites
Making sure all products are safely and securely loaded onto trucks and trailers before travel
Completing delivery paperwork accurately and obtaining customer signatures while providing friendly, professional service
Helping maintain a clean, safe and well-organised branch, including washing and general upkeep of vehicles when required
Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives
Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety by completing daily safety checks, following PPE requirements and complying with all site procedures
If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and want to work for a business that genuinely values its people and the contribution they make every day, we’d love to hear from you.
Benefits
When you open a Bradnam’s Door, you’ll benefit from:
$27.50 - $28.66 per hour + Superannuation
Paid Overtime

17.5% Annual Leave Loading, during periods of annual leave
Job Security with a family company
Opportunities for development and career growth within Bradnam’s Group nationally
Skills & Experience
We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the Bradnam’s Difference.
You will need a valid Construction White Card;
Be a clear communicator who thrives when working as part of a team
Be passionate about producing high quality work with a commitment to on time delivery; and
