You’ll work closely with our bookkeeping team, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of clients and industries. We’ll give you the training and tools you need, you just need the right mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with accounts payable/receivable

• Reconciling bank accounts in Xero & QBO

• Reviewing bookkeeping files

• Supporting client onboarding

• Corresponding with clients

• You have experience in a similar bookkeeping role

• Familiar with Xero or QuickBooks Online

• Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn

• Reliable, proactive, and happy to pitch in wherever needed

• Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
