About the Opportunity

We are keen to get an awesome new team member onboard to work as a full time Sales Merchandiser.

Responsibilities

Our client, Procter & Gamble, is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. Working Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) across Sydney Eastern Suburbs and surrounds. You will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below:

Selling in core and NPD productsNegotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market shareMaximising upcoming and current promotional activityDriving sales resultsDevelop strong store relationshipsNew line pre-sell and building of range distributionImplementation of product layoutsReporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity

Key Selection Criteria

Previous experience in Sales based role in Retail, FMCG or Merchandising.Previous experience in pharmacy highly regardedStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent time management skills and a positive attitudeAble to work autonomouslyValid driver licence and reliable car
