About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll play a key role in leading learning outcomes and creating engaging educational experiences that support every child's individual journey.

You will:

• Lead and mentor educators within the Kindergarten learning environment
• Design, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Foster children's curiosity through play-based, child-led learning experiences
• Build strong partnerships with families, local schools, and the wider community
• Support the centre's commitment to achieving and maintaining excellence under the National Quality Framework
• Create inclusive environments where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to learn

About You

We're looking for an educator who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives.

You'll have:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
• A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, or willingness to obtain
• A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
