About the role

As a Leading Hand Exterior Cladder / Carpenter at PBH Contracting Services Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in overseeing the installation of high-quality exterior cladding on residential and commercial construction projects across Adelaide. This full-time position which requires technical expertise and a commitment to delivering projects on time and to the highest standards.

Reporting directly to our Director, this is a hands-on role, offering the opportunity to lead and contribute directly to the success of each project.

What you'll be doing

• Supervision of personnel to ensure efficient and effective completion of cladding work

• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the cladding installation process

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the installation of exterior cladding, preferably in a supervisory role

• Strong understanding of cladding materials, installation techniques and quality standards

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
